Finally! My long-term goal of a 3x bodyweight deadlift came together today.
Taking 400 out of reverse bands felt easier than I thought it would. So I took the bands off and went for it.
This didn’t feel like a max, but I don’t like that my knees swung back a bit as the bar cleared them, I think it could read as hitchy. I have a little over 2 months to get it all cleaned up for the next meet
