I have been training for general strength for over 25 years, lift competitively, and have an elite powerlifting total in the 132lb weight class. My last competition’s lifts were as follows:
Squat : 275lbs
Bench : 170lbs
Deadlift : 400lbs
Wilks : 429.55 | Open Powerlifting
As far as formal credentials go, I’ve got a few fancy pieces of paper, but my experience comes primarily from my own time under the bar and working with others.
