Brown the meat in a pan with the onion and taco seasoning. Drain the fat.
Add 1/2 to 1 can of green chiles and 1-2 to 1 cup of salsa, depending on how spicy you like it.
Add peppers and heat through.
Drain the beans and mix them with a sprinkling of Adobo.
Place the pie crust in a pie pan.
Add the beans to the pan.
Top with the ground meat mixture.
Bake at 400 for around 25 minutes. You can cover the pie edges with foil if you are worried about them burning.
Top with shredded cheese (if using).
Bake for a few more minutes until the cheese melts.
Slice the pie and top with your favorite taco toppings.
