Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or greens
  • 1 small handful cocao nibs or chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Blend everything together.

Notes

When made with 1 tbs chocolate chips, this comes to roughly 280 cals with 29 carbs - 8 fat - 25 protein.
