Gyros with Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients

Petite Sirloin, Chuck Roast, or other Roast
sliced very thin
salt
pepper
garlic powder
oregano
2-3
tbsp
lemon juice
olive oil
sliced tomato
lettuce
sliced onion
pita bread
Tzaziki
homemade or store-bought
Instructions
Season the sliced roast to your liking with with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, lemon juice and a touch of olive oil.
Let the meat rest until it comes to room temperature (this is optional, but will result in more tender and flavorful meat).
Grill the meat. Keep an eye on it. It should only take a few minutes per side.
Warm the pita in a pan.
Serve the grilled steak in a pita with lettuce, tomato, onions and Tzaziki.
